Fee for homes up to 3000 square feet $350.00
Pre-listing Inspection:
- For vendors only: Sell your home faster and more conveniently. Provides buyers and Realtors with extensive information.
- Includes roof, structure, plumbing,heating, cooling, electrical, interior, and exterior. Lot grading, basement dampness, insulation, and ventilation are also examined!
- Includes Home Reference Book.
Fee for homes up to 3000 square feet $350.00
For larger homes and homes with extensive outbuildings additional fees will be charged.
