A Jenkins Consultants Home Inspection is a systematic examination of your home by a professional engineer, using the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors standards of practice. You are invited to accompany the inspector and ask questions along the way.

The home inspector reports his findings and recommendations to you. You keep the detail written report. Follow-up consultation after move-in is included.

All inspections are limited to the areas of the house which are safely accessible at the time of the inspection.
